"YOU JUST WROTE BAD CHECKS FOR CHICAGO'S DOUGH IN '72."

Just granted bail and preparing to leave Chicago's Animal Pen:
"Pay-Up" Kitty, one of Feckless Cat's thugs, took a few moments to revisit the Good Old Days of Criminality.
'You just walked with your tail 'bout as high as that Sears Tower over there, man. You got back to the alley every night with all the loot you needed writing bad checks," said the sentimental, criminal feline.
"Now, it's a new world. Too complicated for honest Chicago hucksters to make a respectable living. Paws down the street have been saying something about Trump's new rules of finance. Never heard of it.
"We've gotta reform crime in Chicago nowadays, Feckless Cat is saying now."
